House Stout is a seasonal dry stout inspired by upstate New York. Light and smooth, it features roasted malt, a hint of smokiness, and gentle sweetness from secondary conditioning with maple syrup sourced from the Upstate New York Maple Syrup Collective.

Inspired by the award-winning Five Farms Irish Cream @fivefarmsirishcream , produced in Ireland and imported by our friends at Holladay Distillery @holladay1856 , this Irish Cream Barrel-Aged Nitro Milk Stout brings Cow Town and the Emerald Isle together. Brewed with milk sugar sourced from Five Farms, it pours silky smooth with lush notes of caramel, butterscotch, whiskey, and coffee, all wrapped up in a creamy nitro finish.

Ommegeddon is a wild take on a Belgian classic. This farmhouse ale is brewed with Ommegang's signature house yeast and spiced with grains of paradise, coriander, orange zest, and ginger.
