2 oz Espanita Tequila Blanco
2 oz fresh watermelon juice (or 4 fresh watermelon chunks)
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz orange liqueur (e.g., Triple Sec or Cointreau)
½ oz agave nectar (adjust to taste)
3-4 slices jalapeño (adjust for desired spice level)
Garnish: Watermelon slice, fresh jalapeño wheel, and a lime wedge
Rim: Tajín (chili-lime seasoning) or coarse sea salt

Now's the time to try the delicious wine from Marlborough! @byjoshscott has amazing wine and we are lucky to carry the Bla Bla Bla Rose, the Deal with It Pinot Noir, and the Yeah Cool Sauvignon Blanc!

Bla Bla Blah - Expect strawberries and pear, and a pale salmon hue. Very quaffable wine. Dry with a sweet touch complementing the fine acidity. Sediment may remain. Low sulphites.

Deal With It - Ditches tradition in favour of raw, unfiltered fruit energy. Highly drinkable and unapologetically chillable, this Pinot is made for those who love New Zealand for what it does best: fruit.

Yeah Cool - Pushing the boundaries of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc to its limits. This wine is wild-fermented with full skin contact. Delicate light structure and crisp, beautifully balanced acid-ity.
