Add below ingredients to a shaker.
-15mL Lyre's Spiced Can Spirit
-45mL Lyre's Coffee Originale
-45mL cold drip or fresh espresso
-15mL salted caramel syrup

After you shake, add ice, shake again briefly, and strain into class.

‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house,
Every creature was thirsty, including the mouse…
The steins were empty, and the bottles were too,
The beer had been drunk with no time to brew.

My family was nestled all snug in their beds
While visions of Christmas Ale foamed in their heads.
Mama in her kerchief lamented the drought,
She craved a pilsner and I, a stout.

When out on the lawn, there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my chair to see what was the matter.
Away to the kitchen, not spilling my Allagash,
Opening the door with a loud bang and crash!
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear
But a big shiny truck and it’s all full of beer!!

Now Von Trapp, Garage Beer, Meier’s Creek and Prison City,
On Sloop! On Fiddlehead! They will all go down quickly!
To the top of the bottles, the short and the tall,
Imagining the hangover if I just drank them all.

By the end of the eve, I was feeling quite merry,
My eyes were all glassy, my face like a cherry.
I looked to the truck to thank the driver,
It was Santa in the front, drinking Downeast cider!
He belched (quite a burp!) before he arose,
And he faded away with a wink and a finger flick to his nose!
I heard him exclaim, as he left me the beer,
“Merry Christmas to all and a HOPPY New Year!”
